Whisper offers you and your supporters a cause where even small donations can be life-changing ✨. We're a very high-impact charity that funds Whisper's Magical Children's Hospital 🏥, a maternity unit 🤰🏾, an ambulance 🚑 and a nursing school 🎓 in Jinja, Uganda. We run on an annual donation budget of around £250,000. Every £20.28 donated allows us to treat a child, an average that includes some lengthy inpatient stays 🤒. We estimate that every £318 donated saves a life that would not otherwise have been saved 🧸. Outside Uganda we're entirely staffed by volunteers 💖, helping donations go further.

Etape Loch Ness is a 66 mile (106 km) closed-road cycling event 🚴 around Loch Ness, starting and finishing in Inverness in the Scottish Highlands. It's one of the three legs of the London Classics medal 🥇, alongside the London Marathon and Swim Serpentine, so many riders take it on as part of that challenge. the cost of the places and related expenses is covered by specific donations from a particular donor as a THANK YOU 🙏 to our riders. Your supporters are not paying them. This is unusual.
